This policy explains what information MRNLP collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. MRNLP is a private NLP, hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy practice operated by Dan, based in Margaret River, Western Australia. Your trust matters, and your personal information is treated with the same care and confidentiality as the work itself.
01 Who we are
MRNLP ("we", "us", "our") provides coaching and therapeutic services in personal, parental and professional development. For any privacy question, you can reach us at mrnlp@five28experience.org.
02 What we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and provide our services:
- Contact details you give us — such as your name and email address — when you book a consultation, request the free guide, or send us a message.
- Information you choose to share during enquiries or sessions, which may include personal circumstances relevant to the work.
- Basic technical data your browser sends automatically when you visit the site, such as general location and device type, used only to keep the site working and secure.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 without the involvement of a parent or guardian.
03 How we use it
Your information is used to:
- Respond to your enquiry and arrange your free consultation call.
- Deliver the free guide and any resources you have requested.
- Provide, and follow up on, the services you engage us for.
- Send occasional emails you have opted in to receive — which you can stop at any time.
We will never sell your information, and we will not send you marketing you did not ask for.
04 Email and the free guide
When you request the free guide or subscribe, your name and email are held by our email provider (Kit) so we can send you the guide and any updates you have agreed to. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from future mailings.
05 Confidentiality of sessions
Anything you share in a consultation or session is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties, except where we are required to by law, or where there is a serious and imminent risk to your safety or the safety of others. Any session notes are kept securely and are accessible only to your practitioner.
06 How your information is stored
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and hold it only for as long as needed to provide our services or to meet legal and professional record-keeping obligations. Some of our tools — such as our email and booking providers — may store data on secure servers located outside Australia; where that happens, we take care to use reputable providers.
07 Third-party services
We rely on a small number of trusted services to run the practice, and only the information necessary is shared with them:
- Titan Bookings — to schedule your consultation calls.
- Kit — to deliver the free guide and email updates you have opted into.
- Website hosting and analytics — to keep the site running and understand, in aggregate, how it is used.
Each of these providers maintains its own privacy practices governing the data it handles.
08 Your rights and choices
You can, at any time:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or update it.
- Ask us to delete it, where we are not required to keep it.
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.
To make any of these requests, simply email us and we will respond promptly.
09 Cookies
The site uses only the cookies needed to function and, if enabled, basic analytics to understand overall usage. You can control or clear cookies at any time through your browser settings.
10 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after any change means you accept the updated policy.
